Hello and welcome!

I’m Kerstin Schulze, and I’m thrilled to have you here. Originally from Germany and now a proud California girl for the past 25 years, I have dedicated my life to transforming bodies and empowering individuals to embrace their strength and vitality.

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including celebrities like Nicole Ari Parker from Broadway’s Cleopatra, Julie Berman of General Hospital, and Robert Patrick, known for his role in Gangsta Squadd. My journey in fitness began at a young age when I won a Silver Medal for Heptathlon at the Junior Olympics in Berlin at just 12 years old. From there, my passion for sports and theater flourished, leading me to explore modeling and eventually the world of fitness competitions.

I understand the unique challenges faced by individuals aged 40 to 75, especially those with injuries, busy travel schedules, or a preference for home workouts over traditional gym settings. My mission is to provide you with effective, tailored fitness and nutrition programs that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle, no matter where you are.

I first saw Kerstin around 10 years ago through a window of a building on Highland. She was training somebody and I thought she looked so tough and strong. A couple of years ago she started training at the gym I work out at and I would see her there with clients all the time. She approached me one day and told me she was teaching a class at the gym and she thought I should try it. So I did. Although I was super sore after that first class, I continued going to the class until the gym closed due to Covid. I looked forward to working out with her every week. We do our workouts on Zoom now. Kerstin is amazing. Every single class she does the work out with us, which is so motivating. I watch her, and can imitate her moves, which makes me feel more confident in how I am doing the exercises. While working out, she is always watching us to make sure that we are doing the exercises correctly. It is fun, she is so supportive, and I am always encouraged to do better. If I have an ache or pain, she always has a correction/solutoin to the exercise to keep me going. We still work out twice a week, and although I do not see her in person, I am still loving the class and never want to miss it. I recomend Kerstin to anyone who wants a skilled trainer to motivate them to achieve whatever level fitness goals they have.
