Hello,

I am Kerstin Schulze, born and raised in Germany.
California Girl for the last 20 years with the passion and experience of transforming bodies for celebrities like Nicole AriParker – Cleopatra (Broadway), Julie Berman – Lulu Spencer (ABC General Hospital), Robert Patrick – Max Kennard (Gangster Squad), Chris Hemsworth – Thor, Patrick Turpin – Cofounder Pop Chips, I won the Silver Medal for Heptathlon at the Junior Olympics in Berlin at 12 years old. Sports were always my favorite place to be. Mom and Dad moved us to Munich shortly after and I found the love of the Theater. Specially Improve. Toured for 2 years with a Highschool Theater Group.

With 16 I was offered my first Modeling Job with an Italian Fashion Designer. Runway Shows quickly led me to a Fitness Shoot and I fell in love with it and discovered the Fitness Figure World. Competed in it on a National level and was offered roles for TV and Commercials. I loved to share my passion for fitness and my years of experience with you.

I first saw Kerstin around 10 years ago through a window of a building on Highland. She was training somebody and I thought she looked so tough and strong. A couple of years ago she started training at the gym I work out at and I would see her there with clients all the time. She approached me one day and told me she was teaching a class at the gym and she thought I should try it. So I did. Although I was super sore after that first class, I continued going to the class until the gym closed due to Covid. I looked forward to working out with her every week. We do our workouts on Zoom now. Kerstin is amazing. Every single class she does the work out with us, which is so motivating. I watch her, and can imitate her moves, which makes me feel more confident in how I am doing the exercises. While working out, she is always watching us to make sure that we are doing the exercises correctly. It is fun, she is so supportive, and I am always encouraged to do better. If I have an ache or pain, she always has a correction/solutoin to the exercise to keep me going. We still work out twice a week, and although I do not see her in person, I am still loving the class and never want to miss it. I recomend Kerstin to anyone who wants a skilled trainer to motivate them to achieve whatever level fitness goals they have.
